AtlantisAI Development Update

AtlantisAI Platform

AtlantisAI has reached an important milestone in its development.

The core platform architecture is now in place, with key functional modules successfully implemented and internally tested. These include real-time navigation intelligence, vessel and traffic monitoring, tides and weather data, storm tracking, port information, bunker price monitoring, and NAVTEX integration.

A major focus of the current phase is the Distress & MRCC support module, designed as an additional safety layer to existing maritime communication systems. This module structures distress information, validates vessel position against SAR regions, and supports correct routing to responsible coordination centers.

The system is being continuously refined with a strong emphasis on operational usability, reliability, and compliance with established maritime standards. AtlantisAI remains a research and development project of Atlantis Maritime, with a clear focus on supporting, not replacing, official navigation and distress procedures.

We are confident that AtlantisAI will enter its final development phase in 2026, moving steadily toward operational readiness.

Where a vision became direction, and direction became a new standard

When we founded Atlantis Maritime in 2024, it was more than the launch of a company.

It was a statement of intent:
The maritime world needs new standards.

One year later, we can see how far this ambition has carried us.

What started as an idea has grown into a system that is redefining operational reality at sea — smarter, safer, and more modern than ever before.

2026 will be a defining year for us.

A year in which we will not only advance our work, but set new maritime standards that endure.
Standards born not from theory, but from experience, responsibility, and real progress.

Atlantis Maritime
More than a system. A legacy in motion.

We’re bringing AtlantisAI on course – the final phase has begun

Our team is working intensively on the technical modules, the distress backup concept, and the integration of modern maritime data sources.

The platform is being continuously tested, refined, and prepared for operational use.
We are confident that AtlantisAI will be released as a fully functional version in 2026, with a clear focus on navigation, safety, and professional support at sea.

AtlantisAI remains a research and development project of Atlantis Maritime.

All planned features are designed as complementary and supportive tools for maritime professionals and do not replace official maritime communication or distress systems.

AtlantisAI Distress Concept

When every second counts, reliability becomes your strongest ally.

The AtlantisAI Distress Concept is part of an ongoing research and development project by Atlantis Maritime.

It is designed as an additional safety layer to support existing maritime distress communication systems such as GMDSS.

By creating a secure and verifiable digital backup channel, the concept ensures that every distress signal is transmitted, logged, and routed to the responsible Maritime Rescue Coordination Centre (MRCC).

AtlantisAI does not replace official distress procedures – it enhances them through intelligent technology and practical operational insight.

Our mission: to make sure your SOS is never lost.

“We take your SOS seriously.”

Equality does not begin with the law. It begins on board.

At Atlantis Maritime, we don’t see equality as a paragraph — we see it as a principle.

Our article “Gender Roles and Structural Differences in Germany” shows that true equality only exists when opportunity, responsibility, and respect are equally shared — at sea as well as on land.

Whether on the bridge, in the engine room, or in the office:

We believe in equal recognition for equal performance — regardless of gender, background, or rank.

How safe is safe enough?

P&P – Pre- & Post-Familiarization
Where modern training meets real-world experience.

Our 3D Concept gives crews a smarter way to prepare, review, and improve onboard safety — before and after every voyage.

Developed by professionals at sea, designed to raise awareness and strengthen safety culture across all types of vessels.

For those who believe safety begins with understanding.
