Phase II of Atlantis Maritime is an independent concept dedicated to improving how seafarers prepare for and reflect on their time on board. It focuses on creating a structured, digital familiarization system that supports both safety and operational efficiency across all vessel types and maritime organizations.
The Pre-Familiarization process takes place before a crew member joins a vessel. It provides digital briefings, vessel-specific information, and interactive safety overviews, ensuring that every seafarer arrives on board already familiar with the ship’s layout, equipment, and procedures.
The Post-Familiarization process occurs after the completion of a voyage or assignment. It collects experience-based feedback, operational observations, and safety insights to help companies continuously improve their onboard procedures and training standards.
This phase transforms familiarization into a continuous learning cycle connecting preparation, performance, and reflection in a single, accessible framework. By digitalizing this process, Atlantis Maritime enables crews and organizations to maintain higher levels of safety awareness, consistency, and accountability.
